The Secret of Happiness

What does happiness mean to you? There’s a lot of searching going on these days for "the secret of happiness" —where you find it, how you build it, whatever you really are. But I would like to share a little secret with you - happiness is not for the lucky few who are born with it. You see, happiness is not something that you can achieve or touch or freeze and drink when you need it. Happiness is not found at sea in Hawaii Or in a perfect body.

They are not even in the good relationships that Tom Cruise is trying to sell us in the movies. But from the pictures that hit you every day, it’s easy to make the mistake that happiness will come to your door when you have the latest car, the best clothes, the most luxurious home, right? It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that if you can find the right person, they will come up with a box of happiness attached to their waist. But all you do is make sure that happiness is something you can get without. And that's where you get off the line. 

Because the secret is that happiness is simply the result of making and living a meaningful life, the life you enjoy - whatever. Happiness comes from doing what you do, where you want to do it, and who you want to do it with. And yes, I hear you all - "But I can't get the job I want because I have to go to school for 8 years, and I have to stay here because I don't have the money to go, and what do you mean" I want to do it with anyone "because I want to stay with Bill Gates or Oprah Winfrey or Bill and Hillary Clinton ". And thank you all for pointing out my point. You see, happiness begins with believing that you are in control of your life; and it grows by making decisions that will give you a sense of well-being, satisfaction. Happiness comes from deciding to go to school for 8 years if necessary. 

You plan your life until you can afford it, and then you decide who to meet, how much to smile, what music to listen to, and who to associate with, or not Bill and Hillary. what, how much you study, what you put in your body. Because when you feel good about the space you are in, when you have people you love and respect and love and respect you, when you are working on a project that is important to you - happiness will shine directly. And that's no secret. 

Decide today to stop chasing happiness, and instead choose three things that you love to do, that contribute to your well-being and satisfaction. Schedule their time every day, if possible, at least once a week. It doesn't have to be that long, just 10 minutes a day will help you build the happiness you want. Confirmed. And that's no secret.
