People often say that they have no choice in the matter of death. They say they have no choice but to take one available route, which is often wrong. When they make that statement, they must understand that they must be held accountable for the consequences of their actions. The truth, however, is far from the common perception that man has no choice. We have a choice. As long as you have the rights to protect, you have a choice. When rights are denied, so do the options.

When you allow your rights to be denied, this is also the way to go. Just look at the slaves. Most of them do not obey voluntarily, but because they have no rights; and thus, they have no choice but to listen. For one thing, it is their decision to be slaves. Even having no choice is still the choice. Some are fond of slaves. They voluntarily relinquish their rights because they believe that the person to whom they are giving the service deserves to be treated as such.

Some simply accept their assignment as slaves, and that is their decision. Others refuse to become slaves and choose to fight for their rights. All of this is a choice. The kind of life you have is the life you choose. You cannot blame anyone for how your life ends.
For example, you can choose to live happily or sadly. It all depends on you. If you live a busy life, that is because you choose to be busy. No one can force a certain kind of life on you, not even a senior person pointing a gun at your head. Every option has its effect. Therefore, if you choose to be healthy, live by that choice. Be healthy.
The election will have to be followed by a disciplinary decision. Discipline means you must put forth effort to find and keep a healthy body. Eat well, exercise properly, sleep well, and stay healthy. Do not blame anyone if you are sick. Sickness is a decision. Some people cannot have good health because they choose not to have it.
They can use it for nothing but good health. To be able to put good health first in your budget, you need to live a simple life. Every choice has its consequences, so you have to live in harmony with your decisions.
