Setting unreachable goals for yourself can reduce stress because it will keep you from achieving your goals. If you set reasonable but attentive goals, you can encourage your employees to reach them. The general response will tell your employees how much they have achieved and whether their success is accompanied by full growth.
Goal setting and achievement goals, both require the participation of employees in a high order. They need to feel involved and encouraged. Use the right strategies to set goals and you will emerge as the winner.
